Checking the "AutoWash Every" box in the MacWasher application automatically cleans up your selected items at the time interval indicated in the pull down menu. Using the pull down menu, you can select the time interval in which you would like MacWasher to clean your items. Time intervals range from every fifteen minutes to once a Month. Once you have selected a time, MacWasher AutoWash (if running) will clean your items automatically when the time is reached. NOTE: For AutoWash to remain running you must deselect the "Close AutoWash after a Wash" checkbox.

Webroot Software answers all technical support questions by email. All questions will be answered as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response. To help our support staff analyze the problem and provide the quickest response possible, please include the following information in your email:
o The full software title and version with which you are experiencing trouble.
o The name and version number of the browser that you are using (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, etc.)
o General system information such as which MacOS version you use, whether your system is set up for single or multiple users, etc.
o You full name, order number, if any, and email address.
o Complete details of the problem, including any error messages that appear. Please be as specific as possible.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
Webroot Software, Inc. licenses the MacWasher software to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement.
YOU MAY:
(i) use MacWasher on one computer for each copy purchased.
YOU MAY NOT:
(i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of MacWasher;
(ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of MacWasher, or create derivative works from MacWasher; or
(iii) use MacWasher on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses of MacWasher you have purchased.
WARRANTY
Webroot Software, Inc. warrants that their MacWasher software will substantially perform its functions to remove certain information that is automatically stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer, when MacWasher is used correctly and in accordance with specifications and instructions.
WEBROOT SOFTWARE, INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the MacWasher or a refund of the purchase price, at Webroot's option.
Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of implied warranties and you may be entitled to additional rights in those states.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Webroot Software, Inc. has made reasonable efforts to ensure that MacWasher is free of any bugs or errors, however in no way is MacWasher to be considered error or bug free. Because MacWasher removes information from the hard drive of the user's computer, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the specifications and instructions before using the product. You assume all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result from the use of or from any errors or bugs in MacWasher.
IN NO EVENT WILL WEBROOT SOFTWARE, INC. NOR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE.
In no case shall Webroot Software's liability exceed the purchase price for the MacWasher.
GENERAL:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Webroot. You acknowledge and agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have received concerning MacWasher have no effect--it is the terms of this Agreement that will control all issues involving your use of MacWasher.
All rights to MacWasher are owned by Webroot Software, Inc. and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Webroot Software, Inc. retains all rights not expressly granted by this Agreement.
This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated herein. All disclaimers of damages and other limitations of liability will remain in full force and effect. Upon termination of this license, you must destroy all copies of MacWasher in your possession.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
